Procedure for filling out the application
- People who are eligible to apply
- Divorced single parents, non-married single of only a grandparent and child, other practical fosterers with a child less than 19 years old
- Less than 22 years old if a child is in school
- If a child does military service or he/she returns to school after completing service, less than 22 years old + the period of doing military service
- Less than 125% of the standard median income (However, single-parent/second highest/national basic livelihood recipient is eligible for support)
