Visitation Support and Operate Supporting Group

• Child Support Agency operates visitation support and supporting groups for the psychological stability of children, nurturing parents, non-nurturing parents as well as providing services for supporting the payment of child support expenses.

• Visitation support

  We support individual/group visitation to build emotional ties between non-nurturing parents and children.

  Operate supporting group

  We provide lectures and counseling for professionals for nurturing parents, non-nurturing parents.

Guide on Visitation Service

• We provide support for visitation for non-nurturing parents and minor children to push for payment of children support expenses according to the 「Act on Enforcing And Supporting Child Support Payment」Article 7 Paragraph 2 and Article 10-2.

• *Build a plan to support services for visitation for each family and designate a counselor (Proceed with 8 counseling sessions per family as a default)

• Someone from the Child Support Agency supports the securing of executions, non-nurturing parents, and nurturing parents of a minor child can apply for it.

• Child Support Agency operates on-line-, off-line- supporting groups led by professionals for each target to prepare a foundation where nurturing parents, non-nurturing parents and children can support each other and experience mutual encouragement.
