Purpose of the Project
- By providing translation and interpretation services to married immigrants to help solve their communication problems when they first visit Korea, help them to adapt to Korean society quickly and contribute to enhancing their independent capabilities and subjective competency by increasing their career opportunities, such as being hired as a translator

Translation/interpretation of counseling for family life
and cultural difference explorations when they first enter Korea -
upport settlement for married immigrant,・provide information on nationality and residency,
and translation/interpretation for explaining the business -
Translation/interpretation for guiding life information,
such as pregnancy, childbirth, nurturing, and counseling content -
Support children in school age

Support translation/interpretation of the curriculum

Interpret communication between family members

Support translation/interpretation when using administrative or judicial institutions

Translation/interpretation when using a public institution, such as a hospital, public health center, police station, or school

Immediate support of translation/interpretation in an emergency

Other tasks of translation/interpretation requested by persons or institutions which support multi-cultural families directly or indirectly

Project Process
- Procedure depending on application method
- Visit: Provide services to the applicant immediately. If providing services is difficult, if there is someone waiting or other appointments, receive an application for the service and make an appointment
- Phone and e-mail: Receive an application, and process it in sequence by considering other waiting persons or previous appointments
- Business trip: It uses with a reservation system receiving an appointment up to one day before. In an emergency, immediate business trips are possible after getting approval of the head of the center.
- The case when translation and interpretation services are not available
- Repetitive and continuous request for unreasonable services
- Request of an immigrant who has no problem with communication
- Request of an individual and organization, is free of charge
- Request of an individual and organization who asks for notarization
- Request for translation/interpretation which may cause disputes or require legal responsibilities.
