Support Monitoring of Payment for Child Support Expenses
- Child Support Agency operates the monitoring services which check whether child support expenses are paid until the child becomes an adult, after having support of counseling, agreements, lawsuits, collections, etc., and proceeding with counseling.
Monitoring Execution
- If the debtor who owes child support expenses expresses the intention to pay and make payments according to agreement or legal actions through Child Support Agency, the task is complete. However, even after “An agreement was written and legal action was taken”, there is still a risk that the same issue may occur before the child becomes 19 years old. Therefore, the Child Support Agency organizes a monitoring team for the economic safety of families and to check for healthy child growth, checking the status of execution regularly, and take action for securing execution if the payment is not made.
