- One copy of the application and its confirmation
- 1 copy of Schuldtitel (Court rulings with the content on the payment of child support expenses or the burden report for child support expense)
- 1 copy of the bankbook with the account number on it
- 1 copy of a document proving the dangerous reason
- ➀ Notice of results for emergency welfare support
- ➁ Medical certificates for severe diseases or medical certificates proving hospitalization for more than 2 weeks due to disease or injury, etc.
- ➂ Document proving delayed payment of utility bills
- ➃ Document which proves personal rehabilitation or for the support of recovering credit
