- Request for child support expenses assumes that non-nurturing parents and a child having a legal parent-child relationship. If non-nurturing parents do not admit that he/she has a legal parent-child relationship with the child, it forces recognition of paternity (voluntary recognition of paternity) with a lawsuit.
